Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and include all tags and documentation to ensure your return is processed without delay.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
